Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

* Your order number

* Photos of the product

* Photos of the packaging

 

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items.

 

Products must be:

* Unused

* Unopened

* In their original packaging

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

 

* Opened or used products

* Products damaged after delivery

* Clearance or promotional items (unless faulty)

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
